If you're not happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund (some exceptions apply). Returns with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, order emails) will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll let you exchange or give you store credit for the current price. All sale items are final, no refunds. All custom items are final sale, no refunds. Shipping on returns will be the customer's responsibility.

• We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible. We use UPSP, FedEx, as well as UPS.
• We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
